The bed was very comfy, used a work desk, coffee/tea making equipment, and TV. The staff were excellent and outstandingly accommodating and the location was unbeatable pretty much opposite the tram.

Went to A&m Sandwich Bar & Grill for drink or two, set approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel. Standard double room was budget with extremely comfy bed.
